1. Steamed Clams and Rice

This is an easy summertime classic that you can make at home; all you need is a large pot, some water, and seasonings.

Prepare Your Clams

Before you start cooking your clams, you need to rinse them thoroughly to remove all of the sand. Pour a cup of water into your large pot and add your favorite seasonings. A great choice is garlic, celery root, and onion.

Stea the clams in your water until they open. This usually takes about five minutes.

Prepare Your Rice

Rice takes longer to cook, so start it first. Take your favorite rice and follow the directions on the package to prepare. This typically involved a pot, some water, and let it simmer for a certain amount of time.

Once your rice is done, you can serve the clams on top of the rice or in a separate bowl.

2. Grilled Lobster Tails

This simple preparation can turn your lobster tails into a delicious summertime treat. If you can’t buy lobster tails locally, then you can buy them online at a website such as crabdynasty.com.

Heat your grill to medium-high. Prepare your tails by cutting down the middle of the underside of the shell.

Grill the tails cut side down for 5 minutes. You know they are ready to flip when the shell turns a bright red/orange color. Flip them over and grill for another 4 to 5 minutes until the meat is opaque white all the way through.

Make your tails fancy by whipping up some herb butter while your tails grill — blend butter, tarragon, minced garlic, hot sauce, black pepper, and chives.

You can spoon the butter over the tails while cooking or reserve the butter to dunk your lobster meat in while eating.

3. Honey Mustard Salmon

Salmon is a delicious meat that is full of healthy oils that are essential to having great looking skin, hair, and nails. You can enjoy this delicious fish in a whole new way with a little honey mustard.

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees and coating a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Then lay your fish skin side down.

Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Use salt and pepper to taste. Bast your fish and then bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
