  • Tagliatelle Pasta (170g)
  • Olive oil (2tbsp)
  • Butter (40g)
  • Black truffle (1)
  • Water or beef stock (3tbsp)
  • Gloves of garlic (3)
  • Grated parmesan cheese (20g)
  • Black pepper (1/4 tsp)

Instructions to Follow

After you’ve ordered truffles online, you can start by following these instructions:

  • Firstly, cook your pasta, al Dante. Boil it in the pot of salted water.
  • Then, take a skillet and melt the butter in it. Start adding olive oil, some black pepper, and garlic (crush the gloves first). Let the mixture cook for 30 seconds.
  • Next, grate truffle (1tbsp), and add in the skillet, and let it cook for 30 more seconds.
  • Now, pour the stock/water into the pan and let it simmer. Take out any garlic clove from the mixture.
  • Once the sauce has reached the desired consistency, add the boiled pasta to it. Remove from the heat and mix it well. Grate your cheese over the pasta. Also, sprinkle some more grated black truffles.

  • Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Heavy cream (1 cup)
  • Salt, pepper (to taste)
  • Grated parmigiana cheese (1.5 cups)
  • Truffles (1-2 oz.)

Instructions to Follow

  • Take a pot and cook your pasta in saltwater, al Dante.
  • Then, melt the butter in a saucepan with tall sides.
  • Add cheese and cream in the melted butter.
  • Once the mixture is well-blended, pour in the cooked pasta. Sprinkle the salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Add some grated truffle over the top of the pasta, and the dish is ready to serve.

  • Butter (4tbsp)
  • Minced onion (1/2 cup)
  • Sliced mushrooms, preferably Cremini (4 ounces)
  • White wine (1/2 cup)
  • Gourmet truffle sauce (1/4 cup)
  • Light cream (1/3 cup)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (chopped-2 tbsp)
  • Parmigiana cheese

Instructions to Follow

To make this quick truffle cream sauce recipe, follow these instructions:

  • Cook pasts al Dante in saltwater. Keep aside 1 cup of this water for later use.
  • At medium heat, add olive oil and butter to a pan. Put onions in it to saute, and throw the mushroom in and cook. Do it until they are tender.
  • Add the white wine, and let the mixture simmer for around 3-4 minutes. Later, add the truffle sauce with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Once cooked, add the pasta and let it cook. Pour in some reserved pasta water to make the sauce creamy.
  • Lastly, turn off the heat and serve the pasta in a bowl after grating cheese over it.
