Coffee is all the boost one needs to keep himself ready for the rest of the day. 90% of the people in the world kick start their day with their choice of coffees. Here are some recipes to perk up your mornings. I will start by penning down my favorite Cuban coffee recipe.

Cuban Coffee
Prep time: 08 min serving: 02
Ingredients:
- Water
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- Ground coffee Cuban style
Instructions:
- Add water to fill the bottom of your Moka Pot
- Add coffee to fill the top of the filter and level it using a knife or your finger
- Attach the filter to the pot
- At a medium flame heat the Moka Pot
- Allow the water to boil in the pot
- Meanwhile, add one tbsp. of sugar in each cup
- Add one tbsp. of coffee with the sugar and mix well till it forms a thick paste
- Pour the remaining brewed solution into the cups and serve.
Iced Vanilla Latte
Prep time: 2 min serving: 01
Ingredients:
- 2 shots chilled espresso
- 1 cup milk
- 2 ½ tbsp. vanilla syrup
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
Put the espresso shots, vanilla syrup and the cup of milk in a tall glass and blend well. Add the crushed ice and serve.
Mocha Coffee
Prep time: 3 min serving: 01
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1-2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. Heavy cream
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a bottle and close the lid. Now shake the bottle well until all the ingredients are blended and become foamy. Pour the mocha in a mug and microwave for 30 seconds or until steamy. Serve.
Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte Recipe
Prep time: 15 minutes Serving: 01
Ingredients:
FOR THE HONEY CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP:
- ¾ cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- ¾ cup honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
FOR SERVING:
- Full cream milk
- Ice chips
- Ground cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions:
Set a pan on medium heat to make the syrup. Add water, honey and cinnamon sticks and cook until the honey completely dissolves in water. After the syrup comes to boil simmer it on low heat for a few minutes. Mix the vanilla extract. Once the syrup cools down, remove the cinnamon sticks.
Add some ice cubes in a glass, the desired amount of milk, brewed coffee and the honey cinnamon syrup and mix well. Sprinkle the grounded cinnamon and serve.
Honey Coffee Recipe
Prep time: 5 min serving: 03
Ingredients:
- 2 cups hot brewed liquid
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 tbsp. Cinnamon (ground)
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- Dash ground nutmeg
- Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients including brewed coffee, honey, cinnamon, milk and nutmeg in a small saucepan. Stir and cook on low heat until its hot and steamy but careful not to bring the mixture to a boil. Now remove from heat and add vanilla essence. Pour into cups and serve.
GINGERBREAD SPICE COFFEE
Prep time: 2 min serving: 01
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cream
- ¼ ginger (ground)
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- A dash of clove (ground)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instruction:
Add the cream, cinnamon, and ginger in a mug and mix. Now add hot brewed liquid and blend till all the spices are mixed well. Top it with whipped cream and serve.
Almond Iced Coffee
Prep time: 2 min Serving: 01
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
- ½ cup vanilla milk
- 2 tsp. caramel syrup
- Ice chips
- Honey to taste
Instructions:
Add ice chips to fill the glass. Pour in the chilled brewed liquid and add vanilla milk too. Mix well. It is now time to add caramel syrup and honey if required. Serve.
Coconut Frappuccino
Prep time: 2 min Serving: 01-02
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coffee
- 3 tbsp. coconut milk
- ½ cup vanilla creamer
- 3 cups of ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredient including the coffee, coconut milk, vanilla creamer and ice in a blender and mix well. Pour in a tall glass and serve.
Cappuccino
Prep time: 2 min Serving: 01
Ingredients:
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup brewed espresso
Instructions:
Microwave the milk in a small heat resistant cup for one minute. After heating whisk, the milk fast until the foam is formed, remove the form with a spoon and store for later. Pour in the hot brewed espresso and mix. Now top it off with the milk foam and serve immediately.
White chocolate Mocha
Prep time: 03 min Serving: 01
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- One shot espresso
- 3 tbsp. white chocolate sauce (melted white chocolate chips)
Instructions:
Add the three tablespoons of white chocolate sauce in a mug. Now add layers of espresso and milk in the mug and stir it well. You can garnish it with whipped cream as well. Note: In case you are using white chocolate chips, add them in a heat resistant bowl and micro for about 1 minute stirring it in between the intervals.
Cream Brule latte
